Progressive Dental Care

The number one health problem diagnosed in 8 out of 10 cats and dogs over 4 years of age is periodontal disease.  We provide an extensive dental care program.  Our clients have become aware of the importance of having their pet's teeth examined and cleaned on a regular basis.  Preventive dental care can add 2-4 years to the life of your pet.  Optimum dental care truly is a fountain of youth for your pet.

Complete In-House Laboratory

Our complete in-house laboratory gives us point-of-care diagnostic abilities when we're treating sick or injured pets, and allows us to properly evaluate every surgical case prior to anesthesia.

Video Otoscopy & Endoscopy

Our video otoscopy and endoscopy equipment allows us to look inside body cavities to search for disease.  This equipment allows for minimally invasive procedures resulting in better diagnostics and quicker recoveries.

CO2 Surgical Laser

Our CO2 surgical laser offers several advantages over convetional surgery in many procedures: decreased tissue trauma, decreased post-operative swelling, decreased bleeding, decreased pain, and sterilization of the surgical field.

Advanced Diagnostic Ultrasound

We work together with the veterinarians at VetImage, Inc. to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound.  Ultrasound gives us a non-invasive way to look for problems inside.  Sedation is often not even necessary!  With ultrasound, we can diagnose abdominal diseases (liver, kidney, intestinal diseases and cancer) as well as assess and diagnose acquired and congenital heart diseases.

Cardiology

Electrocardiology (ECG ) is an important part of general cardiology. The  ECG allows us  to evaluate our patients cardiac health.  It is especially important in senior patients and is part of our Senior Plan which helps keep these pets "As Healthy As Possible." Shown at the right are staff members performing a diagnostic ECG.
